这个五个股东的话,他是担任了不同的角色的,各自的分工都是不一样的,各色各样的人聚集到一起去做这一家公司的话,我们就要有一一个定制化的这种股权协议,去约束到每一个人,那所以就是说股权架构加上设计这两个字,其实就是在为大家去做定制化的事情,我们再去做这个股权架构设计的时候呢,不单单是以货币、资金这一单一的条件去做判断的,他出钱的多,他未必就是大股东,有的人是重技术,那你技术的占比它应该占多少,你这个钱股他应该占多少,那还有一些资源股,还有一些管理股,应该占比大到多少,我们再去统一算出来它最终的这个占比,这样才是合理。
