企业进行股权设计的目的有哪些?

一般情况下,企业股权设计的根本目的是保证公司能够正常运转,激发公司人员的工作积极性,有利于公司整体的快速发展。但不同行业的企业、企业处在不同的阶段以及企业的具体情况不同,其设计股权结构的具体目的是不同的,主要表现为以下几个方面:

(四) 吸引投资者投资。现在,创业创新的很大一个特点就是有资本的助力,企业股权设计一定要考虑资本如何进入。根据现代创投企业的股权分配原则,投资人投出巨额资全,但往往只古小腰,需要通过股权结构来保护他们的利益。因此,只有一个良好的符合投资人需求的股权结构才能吸引投资人对企业进行投资。
