商业模式画布由九个格子组成，它们分别是价值主张客户细分渠道通路客户关系关键业务核心资源重要合作收入来源成本结构。

The business model canvas consists of nine grids, which are value propositions, customer segmentation channels, customer relationships, key business core resources, important cooperation revenue sources, and cost structures.

所有的格子之间都是密不可分相互影响的。

All the grids are closely intertwined and influence each other.

创业的本质就是创业者要在资金耗尽前向所有利益相关者验证商业模式。这个利益相关者，既有可能是投资人，也可能是用户。

The essence of entrepreneurship is that entrepreneurs need to verify their business models with all stakeholders before their funds run out. This stakeholder may be either an investor or a user.

创业者可以在商业模式画布的“九宫格”的任何一格中进行创新。懂得如何在商业模式上创新，就有机会做得比别人更好，从而占领更大的市场份额。

Entrepreneurs can innovate in any of the "nine squares" of the business model canvas. Knowing how to innovate in business models gives you the opportunity to do better than others and thus gain a larger market share.

商业模式画布是什么呢？它是构建商业模式的工具，一件做任何生意都用得上的“利器”。

What is a business model canvas? It is a tool for building a business model, a 'sharp tool' that can be used in any business.

对于今天的每一个创业者来说，商业模式画布都是必须掌握的，对商业模式画布的理解和运用也是构建和提升创业情商的核心。

For every entrepreneur today, the business model canvas is a must to master, and understanding and applying it is also the core of building and enhancing entrepreneurial emotional intelligence.

画布模型让我们可以更清晰直观地了解商业逻辑，又可以使整个商业模式制定过程更加简单清晰。

The canvas model allows us to have a clearer and more intuitive understanding of business logic, while also making the entire business model development process simpler and clearer.

下面几点可以帮助我们更好地理解商业模式画布。

The following points can help us better understand the business model canvas.

商业模式画布由九个格子组成，每一个格子代表了一个做生意的关键要素，所有的格子之间都是密不可分相互影响的（如下图）。

The business model canvas is composed of nine grids, each representing a key element of doing business, and all grids are inseparable and mutually influencing (as shown in the figure below).

注意，每个格子并不是只和它旁边的格子有联系，而是和其他所有的格子都有关系。这些丰富的关联才是商业模式的真谛。

Note that each grid is not only related to the grid next to it, but also to all other grids. These rich connections are the true essence of a business model.

每一个格子所在的位置都有它特定的含义，一个格子的左右上下都是不同的格子，它们之间有非常紧密的联系。

Each position of a grid has its specific meaning, and there are different grids on the left, right, top, and bottom of a grid, with very close connections between them.

我们要把这“九宫格”作为一个整体来看，它代表着一整盘的生意（而非企业的某一个业务领域）！

We need to take this' Nine Palace Grid 'as a whole, as it represents the entire business (rather than a specific business area of the enterprise)!

我们来看看这九个格子分别的含义：

Let's take a look at the meanings of these nine grids:

价值主张：你准备为客户带来什么好处；

Value proposition: What benefits are you prepared to bring to customers;

客户细分：到底你的东西要卖给谁，他是怎样的；

Customer segmentation: Who exactly do you want to sell your product to and what it is like;

渠道通路：你如何找到目标客户，又如何交付产品或服务给他们；

Channel channel: How do you find target customers and deliver products or services to them;

客户关系：你准备和客户建立什么样的关系，比如，是一次性的买卖，抑或是永远的朋友；

Customer relationship: What kind of relationship are you planning to establish with the customer, such as a one-time sale or an eternal friend;

关键业务：你要做些什么事情（生产销售交付等）才可以顺利完成跟客户的交易，达到你要求的效果；

Key business: What do you need to do (production, sales, delivery, etc.) to successfully complete transactions with customers and achieve the desired results;

核心资源：你需要哪些关键资源去做成这个生意，这些资源包含人物钱设备等；

Core resources: What key resources do you need to make this business happen, including people, money, equipment, etc;

重要合作：哪些搭档可让你的生意成功；

Important collaborations: Which partners can make your business successful;

收入来源：除了向客户要钱，你有哪些渠道或方法来赚钱；

Source of income: In addition to asking customers for money, what channels or methods do you have to make money from;

成本结构：你是否知道这笔账是怎样算的，成本之间的关系是怎样的。

Cost structure: Do you know how this account is calculated and the relationship between costs.
